Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:


  • the item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • in original packaging
  • with all components included
  • with proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and description of the issue.

We reserve the right to:

  • offer replacement parts
  • offer partial refund
  • request return before issuing refund

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalized or custom-made products
  • items made to order
  • digital products
  • gift cards
  • sale or clearance items
  • used, assembled or partially assembled kits

For string art kits:

If the product has been opened, used, assembled, or modified, it is not eligible for return unless defective.

6. European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

However:

  • the item must be unused and in resalable condition
  • the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized/custom products
  • return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned goods.

 

 

 

7. Exchanges

 

To exchange an item, please return the original item first.

After the return is approved, you may place a new order.

 

 

 

8. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed after refund approval, please contact us.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact us to resolve the issue.

Unjustified chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and policy acceptance.
